Of the two doctors I have dealt with here, one has been excellent (9/10) and the other moderately good (7/10). Most of the reception team are great, yet there are one or two surly individuals, who think it is adequate to greet patients without turning away from their computer screen and to advise on your medication without a medical qualification, any experience and while talking to the back of their head. This is potentially a great surgery, let down by one or two individuals on the front desk who forget who works for who. Their employers must be made aware of how they can destroy months of carefully cultivated trust with a rude comment, thoughtless gesture, incompetence, inefficiency and ultimate disregard for their patient's welfare...

Our family has been registered with this practice since we moved here 4 years ago and we have always been pleased with the care we have received. The receptionists are polite and helpful, the doctors listen well and it isn't hard (in our experience) to make an appointment. Thank you!

I registered as a patient in 1998 and have to say this is probably one of the best surgeries in the Brighton and Hove catchment area. So what is so good about this establishment? For me one of the key elements is that once getting an appointment with a doctor, he or she does not rush the consultation, so in essence, I, as a patient am assured that I have been able to talk fully about my symptoms meaning that my doctor is then in the best position to decide what action to take, if any. As well as that, the receptionists are a friendly and helpful team, as indeed is practice nurse Yvonne. The premises are clean and comfortable and offer an agreeable environment for patients.
